Overhead Door Services Standing Offer, Wainwright, AB

Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). The purpose of this Overhead Door Services Standing Offer is to be used for the installation, repair and maintenance of Overhead Doors at 3rd Division Area Support Unit Garrison Wainwright. The scope covers work on all buildings on or about the Garrison and associated fixtures. A list of Overhead Door work that may be carried out under this SOA includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) Repair, and installation of all overhead doors and must supply their own equipment.
(b) Inspections and minor maintenance of all overhead doors.

Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.

The usage over the term is estimated at $1,000,000.00 (GST included). 

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
