Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Multi-Trade and General Construction Services Standing Offer - Department of National Defence, Wainwright, AB Request for a Standing Offer for the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call ups for the provision of minor construction projects and renovation work in various buildings and sites at CFB/ASU Wainwright, Wainwright, AB. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis. It is anticipated that two (2) firms will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of four (4) years from date of Standing Offer issuance. Response Time: Contractor shall respond to notification of work, within eight hours. Contractor shall respond to notification of an emergency situation immediately and be onsite to rectify the problem within four hours. Service shall be available 24 hours per day. Quantities: Various Code of Conduct: "IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention." Debriefing: After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria.
