Provide new CoolerRoom walls and doors complete with rooftop and internal mechanical units. Install new rooftop mounted mechanical units with new su spended structural supportframework, assorted roof/insulation repairs and mechanical service entry exit curbing.Convert existing Cooler room to New Freezer room. Supply and install new Freezer floor panels and doors. Supply and install new hardware into modified existing cooler door sill, Jambs and header. Install new electrical service for mechanical units, assorted electrical services and fixtures for ambien t, emergency and exit lighting. Supply and install new motorized mobile and fixed storage units, and in-floor railing system. Delivery Date: Delivery Date: The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed by 31st March 2016. Site Visit Date: A site visit has been scheduled for 04 November 2015 @ 10:00 PM PST. Contractors are to meet in the lobby of the Institute of Ocean Sc iences, 9860 W. Saanich Road, Sidney, BC. Contractors are to note that this is not a mandatory site visit and is optional. However, it is recommended that contractors visit the site prior to closing.
