    A site visit has been scheduled for 04 November 2015 @ 10:00 PM PST.  Contractors are to meet in the lobby of the Institute of Ocean Sc
    iences, 9860 W. Saanich Road, Sidney, BC.  Contractors are to note that 
    
    
    
    this is not a mandatory site visit and is optional.  However, it is recommended that contractors visit the site prior to closing.

    Value of Project:
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between 
    $800,000.00 - $900,,000.00.
