Title:
Inner Perimeter Fence Repairs/Replacement

Location: 
Matsqui Institution and Pacific Institution, B.C.

Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises replacement of chain link
fence fabric from existing inner perimeter fencing, security
upgrade and remedial work as indicated at Matsqui Institution &
Pacific Institution located at Matsqui Complex, 33344 King Road,
Abbotsford, British Columbia. Work will be performed in
accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work. 

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

There will be a site visit on January 6, 2015 at 10:00am PST.
Interested bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office at
Matsqui Institution. 

Delivery Date:
Commence procurement of supplies immediately upon official
notification of offer. Fence Material; Mesh, Fence Post...etc
will need to be delivered and stored on site by no later than
March 1st, 2015. Departmental Representative will provide
storage for fencing material only.

No storage will be provided for electrical equipment. 
Contractor will be responsible for storage of electrical
equipment.

Site Construction to commence NO EARLIER than May 1st, 2015 and
complete the work within 19 weeks from such date.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost between 
$750,000.00  - $850,000.00.
