    Work Description:
    Work under this Contract comprises the supply and installation of a drug loo in Building F, including converting existing room to new cell and recovery room, with electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation modifications and remedial work as indicated, at Pacific Institution, Abbotsford,BC.
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract and as shown on the drawings.  
    Site Visit:
    Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 @ 10:00 am local time.  Interested bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office, Matsqui Complex, 33344 King Road, Abbotsford, BC.
    Note:  All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site visit. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or lap top computers are allowed into institutions at any time.  All contractors attending the site visit must be able to provide a piece of Government issued photo identification at the reception in order to gain visitor access into institutions.
    Delivery Date:
    The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed within twenty (20) weeks from Contract Award.
    Value of Project:
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $200,000 and $250,000.
