WORK DESCRIPTION: Work to be performed under the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the roofing replacement of the existing cedar Kwisitiis Visitor Centre at Ucluelet, BC. Work will be performed in accordance with the contract and as shown on the drawings. SITE VISIT: Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work. A site visit is scheduled on Thursday, June 8, 2017 @ 1:00 pm local time. Interested bidders are to meet at the Kiwisitis Visitor Centre 485 Wick Road, Ucluelet, BC DELIVERY DATE: The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed within 14 weeks of award.
