Work Description:

Work under this contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of the Belmont Battery, central area and Lower Battery which generally include concrete repair, waterproofing, roofing, steel and brick repair work, seismic upgrade, painting, electrical and underground drainage work as fully described in the Tender Documents.


Site Visit:

Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

There will be a site visit on 21 March at 10:00 am local time. 

Interested bidders are to meet at the the lower parking area, next to the welcome centre at Fort Rodd Hill, 603 Fort Rodd Hill Rd, Victoria, BC V9C 2W8

Delivery Date:
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (60) weeks from the date of notification of offer.

Value of Project:

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,900,000.00 and $2,000,000.00
