Title: Building M Roof Improvement

Location: Mission Institution, Mission, BC 

Work Description: 
This Contract covers the following work at Mission Medium Institution, Building M. 
1) Power wash existing metal roof cladding, canopies, overhang, flashing and gutters. 
2) Apply new roof assembly over existing metal roof cladding, canopies and metal flashing. 

Site Visit: 
There will be a site visit on August 23, 2018 at 10:30 am local time.  Interested bidders are to meet at the PSPC Site office at the Mission Medium Institution, 8751 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC  V2V 4L8.  

All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets WCB (WorkSafe BC) standards, for all site visits including this solicitation site visit. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or lap top computers are allowed into institutions at any time. All contractors attending the site visit must be able to provide a piece of Government issued photo identification at the reception in order to gain visitor access into institutions.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $250,000 and $300,000.
