    Description of Work:
    The Dept. Of National Defence, 19 Wing Comox, Lazo, B.C. has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). Work for this offer consists of the furnishings of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required for the cleaning of interior and exterior windows and doors of buildings located at 19 Wing Comox and HMSC Quadra both located at Comox, BC. Work shall be done on an "as and when requested" basis for a three year period starting December 1, 2018.
    
    If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, from December 1, 2021 to November 30, 2022 and from December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023 under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.
    
    Site Visit:
    No site visit is scheduled during the solicitation period. However, a site visit would be beneficial for those not familiar with the work; no allowance will be made for failure to do so.
