Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the deconstruction of cableway components including all remaining cables, moving cart, steel framed towers including their connections and the concrete footings as fully described in the Tender Documents and cart away from the site.

Work under this Contract is to take place at Texas Creek site, which is located on west side of BC Highway 12 at about 12km south of Lillooet, B.C. as shown on site plan on drawing St. The East tower/frame at the left bank of the river is located on a private property accessible from Munson Road off the Lytton-Lillooet Highway. The West tower at the right bank of the river is located on a flat platform just above the Texas Creek with access down the hill through a private road off the Texas Creek Road.

Site Visit:
Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work. Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after contract award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project is estimated to cost between $200,000.00 to $250,000.00.
