    Facility Start-up and Shut-down, and Generator Maintenance
    
    Location:    
    Little Gold/Poker Creek Customs Border Station located at the Yukon Alaska Border on the Top of the World Highway west of Dawson City.
    
    Work Description:
    The Contractor must supply all labour, supervision, transportation, equipment, Blue Star Generator approved parts, and materials required on a scheduled basis to complete the work at the Little Gold/Poker Creek Customs Border Station located at the Yukon Alaska Border on the Top of the World Highway west of Dawson City.  The Blue Star Generator warranties must be maintained throughout the Contract.
    
    The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of generators and heaters; the commissioning, monitoring, testing, repairing and maintenance of various systems and equipment; the removal of snow and door boarding, and the maintenance of spaces, shops and storerooms.
    
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work.
    
    Security Requirement:
    There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
    
    1. At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:
    
    (a) The Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    
    (b) The Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    
    (c) The Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites;

    Site Visit:
    There is no site visit. 
    
    Completion Date:
    The work will commence upon notification by the Site Authority. The anticipated period of the contract is from May 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019.
