    Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a need to repair, resurface and pave existing roads within the perimeter of the Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Work under this Contract comprises of, but is not limited to:
    
    1. Construction and surfacing of a fire road;
    2. Resurfacing of existing pavements;
    3. Installation of a concrete pad in front of the maintenance building;
    4. Spot replacement of damaged concrete curbing;
    5. Installation of new concrete curbing;
    6. Construction of walking paths;
    7. Site grading to improve drainage adjacent to the roadwork; and 
    8. Culvert installations through the fire road, as more fully described in the plans and specifications.
    
    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001.00 and $1,000,000.00.
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    There will be an optional site visit on 13 March 2018 at 11:00 AM (Saskatchewan time). Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing mike.fagan@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca on or before 08 March 2018 at 1:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) for each individual who plans to attend the site visit.  
    
    Full Legal name and company represented is required.  If the Contracting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit.  Only those individuals whose names have been provided can attend the meeting.  No individuals may be substituted and no additional members can be added after the notification to attend deadline.
    
    Interested bidders are to sign in at the gate of the Regional Psychiatric Centre, 2520 Central Ave. North, Saskatoon, SK and they will be directed to the meeting room.  Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site.  No exceptions will be made. No cell phones or cameras will be permitted on the premises.
    
    This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
