Building B11 Upgrades, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Sakatchewan

Work of this Contract will include, but is not limited to the following at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan: the reroofing of Building B11 and cooler/freezer replacement and related work as more fully described in the specifications and drawings.

Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT. 
There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday, 2 November 2016 at 1:30 p.m. Interested bidders are to meet/sign in at Building A03, Works Department/PWGSC Office, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 2500 15th Street West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
