Bidders are hereby informed that this procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, Article 24 - Government Contracts.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a Design-Build firm, registered to practice in Nunavut, acting in the capacity of General Contractor, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-contractors to undertake the design-build of a new Wildlife Field Research Station at Pond Inlet, Nunavut, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
