A & M Range Roof Upgrades, Stony Mountain Institution, Stony Mountain, MB, 

Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to the following at the Stony Mountain Institution, Stony Mountain, Manitoba: the replacement of the roofing on A & M Ranges (Buildings B1, B2, B3 and B6) including related metal trims and flashing, and temporary disconnect/reconnect of existing mechanical and electrical equipment, as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification.

There will be an optionalsite visit on July 12, 2016 at 09:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at the SMI Construction Trailer at Stony Mountain Institution, Highway # 7, Stony Mountain, Manitoba. Interested bidders must sign in and provide photo identification. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejectionof your bid.
