    Work of this Contract at Stony Mountain Institution, Stony Mountain, Manitoba involves replacing the Andover DDC system Building F34. The existing DDC system monitors and controls HVAC equipment in Building F34, including five air handlers and a hydronic heat exchanger. The new DDC system for Building F34 will be connected to the existing central Delta control network at SMI, and graphics will be provided for the Building F34 DDC system on an existing operator work station located in the powerhouse control room. Generally, works include selective demolition, the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment, related works and supervision required of work delineated in the construction drawings and specifications.
    
    Work is estimated to be completed within 16 weeks after contract award. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, the estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,000 to $250,000.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on July 31, 2019 at 10:00h. Interested bidders are to meet at C17 Construction Office, Stony Mountain Institute, Stony Mountain, MB. Photo identification may be requested.

    Take note that R2710T, GI07 “Listing of Subcontractors and Suppliers” has been amended. See SI10 of the Special Instructions.
