Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an Architect, acting as prime consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants and specialists for the provision of an assessment of the Grain Research Lab at the Canadian Grain Commission Building, 303 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference.

The RFP process will be conducted in a single phase selection process.  Proponents responding to the RFP are requested to submit a full and complete proposal comprised of the qualifications, experience and organization of their proposed consultant team; their approach to performing the technical work, and their pricing and terms offered.  Proponents must submit all technical information together with their price proposal in a separate sealed envelope.

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the Government Electronic Tendering (GETS) service provider at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.  Firms that obtain bid documents from a source other than the official site run the risk of not receiving a complete package.
