Trade Agreement: CETA / CFTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Welding Contractor Services ET025-201387/A Guilford, Alison Telephone No. - (204) 228-7215 alison.guilford@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for Welding Contractor Services, including the provision of skilled labour, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and any other necessities. Services are to be on an "as requested" basis at the Stony Mountain Institution in Stony Mountain, MB and at the Osborne Community Correctional Centre in Winnipeg, MB. The Standing Offer will be in place for a period of two (2) years, beginning on the date of issuance (estimated to be in late November 2019) and concluding in 2021. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. This procurement contains an OPTIONAL SITE VISIT. See PART 2 - STANDING OFFER - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS, 6. Optional Site Visit of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for details. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
