    SECURITY REQUIREMENT

    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The work included in this project include the rehabilitation of
    and parking at the Port-Cartier Institution, Port-Cartier, QC.
    
    Work related to this contract includes reconstruction of access
    road, expansion of visitors' parking lot, resurfacing of
    employees' parking lot, repair of perimeter road, reconstruction
    of main entrance, installation of a boiler access slab, repair
    of tie rods and construction of a transfer slab.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    There will be a site visit on April 20, 2013 at 09:00 AM at the
    Port-Cartier Institution, Port-Cartier (Quebec). For security
    reasons, bidders interrested to attend the visit MUST ABSOLUTELY
    confirm their presence of each of their employees before noon on
    March 15 2013 at the latest to Contracting Officer. Information

    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
    VERIFICATION:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
    received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
    will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
    the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
    non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
    completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
    aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
    such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
    in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 19
    weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    BUDGET
    The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000
    000 $
