IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Government of Canada moved its Government Electronic Tendering
Service from MERX to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

Since June 1st 2013, Canada makes available Notices of Proposed
Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for
download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service
(GETS) at Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. 

Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities
whatsoever for the information found on websites of third
parties. 

In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation
would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications.
Canada will post all amendments using GETS. It is the sole
responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the
most up-to-date information. 
 
Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part
nor for notification services offered by a third party.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Work of this project comprises the repair of the Bastion du Roy
counterscarp wall at the Citadelle of Québec, QC.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on July 3, 2014 at 1:00 PM.
Interested bidders are invited confirm their attendance 24 hours
prior to the meeting to jean.rochette@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Bidders
are to meet at the main entrance gate at the Citadelle of
Québec, QC.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
-	The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
-	CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work shall be completed within 22 weeks from the date of
notification of acceptance of the offer.

BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between $1,000,001 and
$5,000,000

PDF format only. Bidders should take note that attachments

consist of PDF files organized in an industry-standard directory
structure. Addenda, when issued, will be available from GETS.
Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
