ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE - MCTS LES ESCOUMIS, QC

SECURITY REQUIREMENT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the elevators located at the Marine Communications and Traffic Services Federal Building at 35 Otis Street, Les Escoumins, QC. To provide Long Term Elevating Device maintenance service. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, labours, inspection, testing, software updates and/or upgrades. 

SITE VISIT
There will be a mandatory site visit on November 16, 2017 at 10:30 am. Interested bidders are to meet at 35 Otis Street, Les Escoumins, QC. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned above in clause IP03 at least 24 hours before the visit.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder must hold a valid reliability security clearance level. 

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
- Integrity provisions:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT
The period of any resulting contract will be for a period of five (5) years with Canada.
