CLEANING OF VENTILATION SYSTEMS CFB BAGOTVILLE

STANDING OFFER DESCRIPTION
This is a request to put in place a Standing Offer (SO) to perform on an as-needed basis cleaning work on ventilation systems of the Department of National Defence buildings at CFB Bagotville, Saguenay, QC.

The work also includes, but is not limited to, providing an inspection report with photos taken before and after the work is completed and mentioning any defects or repairs that must be carried out. After the cleaning work, recalibrate all of the systems including all grates and diffusers by putting all devices and accessories back into their initial position. Any holes or openings not required for system operations must be repaired and closed.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- The Bidder must provide the listing of its directors;

PERIOD OF WORK
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be from April 1st 2021 to March 31 2024 with the possibility of two (2) options of one (1) year each.
