    RECONSTRUCTION OF WHARVES #402 AND #404
    L’Étang-du-Nord (Quebec)
    
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to perform the reconstruction work of wharves #402 and #404 of the fishing harbour of L’Étang-du-Nord in the Magdalen Island (Quebec).
    
    This project includes, but is not limited to, the following work:
    1) The demolition and reconstruction of wharf nº 402 and reuse of recovered materials.
    2) The partial demolition and reconstruction of wharf nº 404 and reuse of recovered materials.
    3) Dredging of the exclusion zones and the use of geotextile containers for the decontamination of the dredged sediments.
    4) Dredging of the template and the on land disposal of clean sediments dredged on the property ofDFO
    5) The disposal of demolition material that cannot be reused in the new structures.
    6) The supply and installation of stones of various sizes and the reuse of the existing stone and dolosses for the partial repair of stone protection adjacent to wharf nº404.
    7) The displacement of a section of the wooden protection wall
    8) The supply of granular materials and grading and compaction work to build the infrastructure of the surface of wharves and service areas.
    9) The supply and installation of atemporary wooden floor until the construction of the concrete slab.
    10) The construction of cast in place concrete slab and bituminous pavement.
    11) To ensure continuity of services during the work:
    11.1) Project is divided into 2 phases to maintain 100% of mooring capacity of the Harbour for April first, 2017.
    11.2) The Contractor shall interrupt its activities on March 31st, 2017 and ensure that all wharves are fully functional for the fishing season. The Contractor will be allowed to resume its activities on September 1st, 2017 for marine Works.
    
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIUM AT SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE
    The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIUM PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    
    INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:
    Bidders must providewith their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of atime frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

    The works shall be completed on or before March 31, 2018.
