CONSERVATION OF REMAINS LOWER FORGE’S CHIMNEY, TROIS-RIVIÈRES
SECURITY REQUIREMENT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project include. The reparation and repointing of stone masonry remains from the Lower Forge’s chimney in Trois-Rivères, Qc.

More precisely, the work includes the following :
- repointing of stone masonry
- The application of a protective coating
- Replacement of gravel around the chimney

SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on July 4th, 2017 at 2pm. Interested bidders are to meet at 10 000 Forges blvd, Trois-Rivières, QC. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned above in clause SI02 at least 24 hours before the visit.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
-The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
-The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
-Integrity provisions:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work shall be completed within 8 weeks from the date of contract award.
