TITLE
Elevator maintenance IML

SECURITY REQUIREMENT
This request contains a security requirement.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the elevators located at Maurice Lamontagne Institute. To provide Long Term Elevating Device maintenance service.  The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, labours, inspection, testing, software updates and/or upgrades.  

SITE VISIT
There will be a site visite that is highly recommended on march 12th 2019 at 1pm. Interested bidders are to meet at 850 route de la Mer, Mont-Joli, Québec, Qc, G5H 3Z4. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the contracting Authority mentioned in clause IP03 at least 3 days before the visit.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
• The Bidder must hold a valid reliability security clearance level.

PERIOD OF WORK
• The period of any resulting contract will be for a period of five (5) years.
