Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement To provide and deliver on an as-and-when ordered basis, General Motors parts to the Department of National Defence - Valcartier (QC) Garrison's Commercial Vehicle Fleet. The Offeror must also provide diagnostic and repair services for vehicules in its facilities. The Offeror be an authorized General Motors dealer throughout the Standing Offer. Delivery The Offeror must supply and deliver the required parts to the Identified user between 8 AM and 12 PM and 1 PM and 4 PM on business days. Any urgent incoming call-up for parts placed by an Identified User against the Standing Offer must be attended to and delivered at destination within a four-hour delay. Identified Users The Identified User authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer is: Department of National Defence - Valcartier Garrison's Commercial Vehicle Fleet Period of the Standing Offer The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from the issuance of the Standing Offer to November 30, 2015. Approximate Scope of the Standing Offer: The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $150,000.00 for the period from the issuance of the Standing Offer to November 30, 2015 inclusive. Extension of Standing Offer If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for two (2) additionals one- (1-) year period, from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016 and from December 1, 2016 to November 30, 2017 under the same conditions and at the prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer. The Offeror will be advised of the decision to authorize the use of the Standing Offer for an extended period by the Standing Offer Authority thirty (30) days before the expiry date of the Standing Offer. A revision to the Standing Offer will be issued by the Standing Offer Authority. Trade Agreements "The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)." Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
