    NOTICE
    
    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F3065-210183/A dated 2021-10-05 with a closing of solicitation on 2021-11-04 at 14h00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4. However, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    CONTEXT
    
    The CCG is seeking to replace the cast iron gear wheels and matching worm gear which are principal parts of the vessel’s port and starboard propeller shaft turning gear on the CCGS Des Groseilliers.
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    To carry out the fabrication of new gear wheels and worm gears on the port and starboard turning gears of the CCGS DesGroseilliers In accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed under Annex A -  Supply of Turning Gear Parts and all related drawings. 
    
    DELIVERY PERIOD 
    
    By bidding, the contractor agrees to deliver the requested parts and material within 40 weeks following Contract award.
