TITLE: Standing Offers - Purchases of Washers and Dryers 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
The Department of National Defence (DND), Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Garrison, wishes to set up a tool to meet the frequent need for equipment renewal at the laundry facility of the Saint-Jean Garrison Megaplex (MEGA). It wishes to arrange a standing offer to facilitate purchases of OPL washers and dryers that are not coin operated. 

TRADE AGREEMENT 
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadien Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 
Deliverables must be delivered within 4 weeks after the issuance of a call-up against the Standing Offer.

BID RECEIVING
Due to the ongoing and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, where possible, suppliers are encouraged to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PSPC Bid Receiving Units. Instructions for using E-Post are included in this solicitation. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
