Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The 5th Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group (5 CMBG) of the Department of National Defence Canada (DND) requires the supply and delivery of four (4), commercially available, radio interoperability gateways in accordance with the specifications at Annex A , Statement of Requirement. DELIVERY: The requirement must be received no later than March 31, 2015. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
