Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Monitoring of construction works for the Harbour Development in Harrington Harbour on the Lower North Shore PROJECT DESCRIPTION Monitoring of construction works for the Harbour Development construction in Harrington Harbour. The type of work planned is as follows (but not limited to): - Construction of steel piles and concrete bases installed on the sea bed; - Construction of timber floating docks and fastening system to steel piles; - Construction of a rubblemound breakwater ; - Installation of electricity on docks ; - Excavation of sediments; - Construction of a parking lot, an access walkway and lighting of site and docks; - Construction of concrete anchoring blocks and gangways. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE Licensing, Certification or Authorization; Provide consultant team identification; Provide Declaration/Certifications form. MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. RATED REQUIREMENTS Achievements and experience of Proponent on Project management in marine construction; Achievements and experience of prime consultant or Key Sub-consultants and Specialists on construction supervision in marine projects; Achievements of Key Personnel on Projects; Understanding of the Project; Scope of Services; Management of Services. PERIOD OF WORK Construction schedule is planned for 36 weeks from the contract award date. BUDGET The budget, for this project, is between $250 001 and $500 000.
