    TITLE: REPAIR OF THE CASEMATE COOLER'S BASTION (CASEMATE 24) AND
    DALHOUSIE'S COUNTERSCARP AT THE CITADELLE OF QUEBEC.
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
    The work to be done as indicated in the current contract
    consists primarily, but is not limited to: the repair of the
    casemate Cooler's bastion (casemate 24) and the Dalhousie
    counterscarp wall at the Citadelle of Quebec, Quebec.
    
    OPTIONAL BIDDERS CONFERENCE
    An optional bidders conference will take place at 1:30pm local
    time on March 24, 2015.
    Interested bidders must be present at the Durnfort door of the
    gate of the main entrance of the Citadelle of Québec, QC.
    Interested bidders are invited to confirm their attendance 24
    hours prior to the meeting to jonathan.perron@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
    received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
    will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
    the information. Failure to provide the names within the
    time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
    completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
    mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to
    provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or
    failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in
    the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    Work shall be performed in full within the following phases:
    Phase A: April 13, 2015 to November 27, 2015;
    Phase B: April 18, 2016 to August 26, 2016.
    
    BUDGET
    The budget, for this project, is estimated between $1,000,001
    and $5,000,000 (Taxes extra).

    Association patronale des entrepreneurs du Québec (APECQ) at
    Chemin de la Savane, Montréal.
