TITLE:  MOLDED CASE BREAKERS


DESCRIPTION:

Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Canadian Coast Guard, 101 Champlain
Boulevard, Quebec needs to replace the molded case breakers over
100KW for all three 1200 type ships:  CCGS Amundsen, CCGS Des
Groseilliers, CCGS Pierre Radisson.  The breakers must meet the
technical specifications described in Annexes A and B of the
Request for proposal.
Note: The list of breakers is included in Annex B in Excel
format with a tab for each of the three (3) ships. 

DELIVERY:

The delivery must be made no later than 14 weeks after contract
award.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
