    IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
    
    Government of Canada moved its Government Electronic Tendering

    Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for
    download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service
    (GETS) at Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

    parties. 
    
    In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation
    would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications.
    Canada will post all amendments using GETS. It is the sole
    responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the
    most up-to-date information. 
    
    Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part
    nor for notification services offered by a third party.
    
    SECURITY REQUIREMENT
    This request contains a security requirement.
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    Upon request, perform the laying of resilient flooring and
    removal of flooring in federal government buildings within a 50
    km radius of the city of Quebec, including Valcartier and
    Donnacona.  In addition, supply the products, labour, tools and
    equipment required to perform the work according to the
    Statement of Work.
    
    This requirement is subject to the Internal Trade Agreement.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    -	At the closing of bids, Bidders must hold a valid pertinent
    license from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    -	CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
    VERIFICATION:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
    received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
    will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
    the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
    non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
    completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
    aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
    such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
    in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    The period for making call-ups and providing services against
    the Standing Offer is from the date of the offer to May 31,
    2017, with three options of one year each (from June 1, 2017 to
    May 31, 2018, from June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019, and from June
    1, 2019 to May 31, 2020).
