This could include: options analysis, requirements development, acquisition, test and evaluation, operational and maintenance training, mission rehearsal, and tactics development. National Security Exceptions are being invoked. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
