Heating System Inspections and Repairs, Various DND Building Charlottetown, PEI 

The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide the following at HMCS Queen Charlotte, Queen Charlotte Armoury and Brighton Compound:

.1 Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at HMCS Queen Charlotte
and Queen Charlotte Armoury;

.2 Heating season system start-up at HMCS Queen Charlotte and Queen
Charlotte Armoury;

.3 End of heating season system shut down at HMCS Queen Charlotte and
Queen Charlotte Armoury;

.4 Weekly furnace checks at Brighton Compound;

.5 Annual service and cleaning of the furnaces at Brighton Compound;
and

.6 Repair services, when requested, at all facilities;

This Service Contract will extend from 01 April 2018 to 31 March 2019 with two, one-year options to renew.

Inquiries are to be made in writingand should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
