Line1, Snowbirds Flight Clothing

The Department of National Defence, 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Moose
Jaw, SK has a requirement for a Standing Offer Agreement for the
manufacture of flight suits and travel bags for the Snowbird
Team at 431 Air Demonstration Squadron.  The estimated annual
level of effort is approximately 85 suits and 20 bags.

The term of the Standing Offer Agreement will be from November
1, 2014 to October 31, 2016 with two additional one year option
periods.

Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to seciont 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.

For service requirements, Offerors in recept of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in Article 3 of Part 2 of the Request for Standing
Offers.- (RFSO).

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)and theAgreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
