Correctional Services Canada (CSC) has a requirement to purchase
dryers and washers for Bowden Institution in Innisfail, AB. The
need is for one stacking set of dryers, one commercial dryer and
one commercial washer/extractor. The mandatory requirements are
listed in the table in Annex A of the Solicitation, and they
must all be met or exceeded in order for an offer to be
compliant.

The Offeror will be responsible for the natural gas and
electircal hook up and connections for the dryers.

All units must include, at a minimum, three (3) years
manufatturer's warranty, including all parts and labout at 100%.
 

Company representative(s) completing the installation and
demonstration of the units must obtain a CSC security clearance
prior to the commencement of work.  Security clearance forms
will be provided by CSC.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
