For the purposes of this procurement, Canada is acting as AGENT for the British Army Training Unit Suffield in accordance with the "Agreement Between the Government of Canada and The Government of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on British Armed Forces’ Training in Canada" and the "Memorandum of Understanding Between The Department of National Defence of Canada and The Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning British Armed Forces Training at Canadian Forces Base Suffield (the “MOU”)." 

The Department of National Defence (DND), including the British Army Training Unit Suffield (BATUS) at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield, Ralston Alberta has requirement for the supply and delivery of fence posts.
The Request for Proposal is open to the EW478-180295 Lumber and Basic Wood Material Supply Arrangement (SA) holders that are qualified for work in the Province of Alberta.

All interested supplier that currently do not hold a supply arrangement and would like an opportunity to become a Supply Arrangement (SA) holder may contact the follow Supply Arrangement Authority:
