    For the purposes of this procurement, Canada is acting as AGENT for the BATUS in accordance with the
    “Agreement Between the Government of Canada and The Government of The United Kingdom of Great 
    Britain and Norther Ireland on British-Armed Forces’ Training in Canada “ and the “Memorandum of 
    Understanding Between The Department of National Defence of Canada and The Ministry of Defence of 
    the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning British Armed Forces Training at 
    Canadian Forces Base Suffield (The “MOU”).” 
     
    The objective is to set up a Standing Offer Agreement for the provision of beds and mattresses for Married Quarters for BATUS at CFB Suffield from dates TBD - 1 year plus three option years.
    Delivery point will be CFB Suffield, Ralston, Alberta Building 322.  
    
    The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.

    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 
    
    Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
