The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to
September 23, 2015.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Transport Canada (TC) is requesting a technical proposal and a
cost estimate to undertake a Risk Assessment (RA) in the spirit
of the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change
(MOECC) O.Reg 153/04 of Perfluorinated Compounds (PFC) present
in Welland River downstream of Hamilton International Airport
(HIA). The suspected area of contamination covers areas
immediately downstream of the HIA and extends down the Upper
Welland River Watershed. 

The period of the contract will be for one year with the option
to extend the contract by one additional period until March 31,
2018.

To be declared responsive, a bid must: 
a.	comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; and 
b.	meet all mandatory criteria; and 
c.	obtain the required minimum points specified for each
criterion; and 
d.	obtain the required minimum of 97.5 points overall for the
technical evaluation criteria which are subject to point rating.
 The rating is performed on a scale of 1000 points.
