Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Mobile Solar Powered Trailer KM061-141128/A Abela, Aaron Telephone No. - (905) 615-2061 ( ) Fax No. - (905) 615-2060 Environment Canada's (EC) Air Quality Research Division requires the supply and delivery of one (1) complete turnkey portable Solar-Powered Mobile Trailer than can be towed with a 3/4 ton truck. The mobile trailer will be outfitted with several air quality monitoring instruments by EC and deployed at several sampling locations across Canada, some of them without electrical power. Delivery of one (1) unit is required on or before March 31, 2015. It is intended to issue one contract as a result of this solicitation. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of contract. Please refer to the Request for Proposal document for complete details regarding this requirement, including the mandatory evaluation criteria and basis of selection. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
