The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Force Base (CFB) Borden, Regional Cadet Support Unit (Central) requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of In Transit Meals.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from Date of Standing Offer Issuance to March 31, 2022. There is also the option of four additional one-year options to extend the period of the standing offer.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods.

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer.

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
