Nature of Requirements: 

Duct Cleaning 

The Department of National Defense (DND) requires the provision
of labour, material and equipment to clean Kitchen exhaust
sytems located at 22 Wing, North Bay, ON, on a weekly, monthly,
quarterly and yearly basis in accordance with the Statement of
Work at Annex A. 

This procurement is conditionally limited to Canadian services. 

Failure to provide this certification completed with the bid
will result in the service offered being treated as a
non-Canadian service.

The contract will begin on July 1, 2015.

Optional Site Visit

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the
site visit to be held at Bldg. 4, 9 Manston Crest. Contracts
Cell, Hornell Heights, 22 Wing North Bay on 14 May 2015. The
site visit will begin at 10:00 EST, in Bldg. 4, 9 Manston Crest.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority at david.cunning@pwgsc.gc.ca or 905-615-2466 no later
than 16:00 13 May 2015. to confirm attendance and provide the
name(s) of the person(s) who willattend. Bidders may be
requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend
or do not send arepresentative will not be given an alternative
appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a
bid. Anyclarifications or changes to the bid solicitation
resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment
to thebid solicitation.
