For the supply and installation of  (2) Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to support FOUR (4) dialysis machines for Correctional Service of Canada, Bath Ontario, Canada
The units must be delivered and installed on or before 31 March 2019.
The contractor must remove the current RO water system at the Mill haven Penitentiary, which also includes installation and commissioning of the system at the Bath Institution. 
Installation at the Bath facility will include the installation of a re-circulating loop (flexible tubing) for delivery to FOUR (4) dialysis beds and return to the reverse osmosis system.
Installation will include start up, disinfection and final product water testing 

All Installation must comply with Health Canada specifications for medical devices

Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at: Bath Institution: 5775 Bath Road, Bath Ontario K0H 1G0 
on 17 December 2018. The site visit will begin at 11:30 EST.
  
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than the start of the meeting to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. 
Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation
