    IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 
    
    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taking on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remain our top priority.
    
    Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post ePost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

    TITLE: Outdoor Fitness Rig and Equipment
    
    1. The Canadian Forces College (CFC) requires an all-weather outdoor fitness rig in order to increase the capacity of their Dextraze facility in line with the increased annual population of CAF staff/students on campus, and with a view towards creating an exercise platform which would be available during times of pandemic. As an additional requirement, in light of imminent infrastructure projects at CFC, it is of utmost importance that this equipment can be disassembled, self-contained, and moved if required.
    
    2. Delivery Date: The equipment must be delivered before March 31, 2021.
    
    3. It is intended to issue one (1) Contract.
    
    4. The proposed period of the Contract will be from Date of Contract Award to March 31, 2022.
    
    5. The Bidder must provide in their offer the necessary documentation to support and demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Offers which fail to meet each of the mandatory technical criteria will be declared non-responsive and will receive no further evaluation. 
    
    6. A bid must comply with the requirements of the Request for Proposal and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award. 
    
    7. The Offeror must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
