Nature of Requirements: 
To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) on
behalf of the Department of National Defense (DND) Real
Properties Operations Detachment Borden (RP Ops Det. Borden) for
the cleaning of ventilation system ductwork and dryer venting
in, under or around buildings at Canadian Forces Base, Borden,
on an 'as and when requested' basis. 

The period of the Standing Offer will be January 1, 2015 to
December 31, 2015, with the right to request 4 one-year
extensions. 

Only 1 Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request
for a Standing Offer (RFSO). 

Based on historical volumes, the expected number of hours of
labour per year is 1060. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
