This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Please refer to GI10 Submission of Offer for additional details. Work Description: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting with Structural Engineering expertise to submit proposals for Standing Offers. This procurement will follow a one phase submission process. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section of the Request for Standing Offer document for building projects in British Columbia & Yukon. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $2,625,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $525,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed. Requirements: Offerors shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the province of British Columbia and Yukon. The Offeror should be able to demonstrate that over at least the past five (5) years, they have participated in a range of projects requiring a full scope of services in accordance with the Required Services (RS) section. The past experience summarized should focus on the Offeror’s participation in the structural engineering components of the projects while still addressing the full scope of services described in the Required Services (RS) section. Delivery Date: It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to two (2) Standing Offers, each for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuing the Standing Offers with the irrevocable option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. Security Requirement: Proponents are hereby informed that there is a strong possibility that some call-ups against the Standing Offers might require that the consultants and their personnel possesses a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level issued by the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Should the successful proponents not have the level of security indicated above, PWGSC shall sponsor the successful proponents so CISD can initiate procedures for security clearance. CISD, by letter, shall forward documentation to the successful proponents for completion. Firms intending to submit offers on this project should obtain documents through Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
