Description of Requirement 

Canada intends to issue a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and deliver of coated, nylon/neoprene and ripstop cloth on an as required basis for CORCAN under Correction Service Canada (CSC) for locations in British Columbia, in accordance with the specifications detailed in Specification for 
Specification for CADPAT (Canadian Disruptive Pattern)  DSSPM 3-6-80-001 2018-12-10, and sealed patterns.

Term of Standing Offer 

The period during which call-ups can be made against the Standing Offer (SO) is from the date the SO is issued for a period of one year after date of issue. Canada reserves the right to extend the term of the SO for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
