Detailed aerial photographs of harbour facilities are required to support the maintenance, planning, and management responsibilities carried by DFO - Small Craft Harbours (SCH) and the Harbour Authorities.

Costs for services to include all disbursements, fuel, services, and equipment.

In general, work consists performing services including mobilization, flying, and air photography as required to acquire photos of all harbours identified. Cost includes all fuel, insurance, permits, provincial and federal operational requirements, fess, time, and equipment. Supply and deliver CD or USBs containing digital copies.

All work must be completed within 12 weeks after award of this contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
