    This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.
    
    Under a separate Solicitation M2989-182368/A, the PSAB Set-aside will not be invoked and multiple contracts may be awarded in each District.
    
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) "E" and "M" Division has a requirement to establish one "as and when requested" Contract in each 5 defined districts in BC and the Yukon Territories for the provision of labour, mobile technical services, miscellaneous materials, jockeying services and supervision for the installation and removal of police emergency equipment, safety equipment, and radio/communication equipment on RCMP vehicles. 
    
    The Contract will be for a period of 2 year.
    
    The five districts are as follows: 
    1. Vancouver Island,  
    2. Southeastern BC,   
    3  Northern  BC  
    4. Lower Mainland and 
    5. The Yukon Territory (M Division).
    
    There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement - in Chilliwack, BC on June 26, 2018.
    
    The Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements of up to twelve (12) Yukon First Nations and one (1) British Columibia First Nations may apply to this procurement, depending on where the services will be provided.

    - Teslin Tlingit Council Final Agreement
    - Vuntut G’wich’in First Nation Final Agreement
    - Umbrella Final Agreement of the Council for Yukon Indians
    - Maa-Nulth First Nations
